When we buy used books, we check our Used Book Request file. If you have made a request, and we happen to purchase the book in the normal course of used book buying, you will be given the opportunity to buy the book before it goes out for public sale. There is no obligation to purchase it if you've changed your mind or found another copy. By making a Used Book Request, you are NOT ordering the book. There is no guarantee we will ever get the book you are asking for. However, we do fill several hundred requests a month, so it's probably worth filling out a request.
